Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
At Gutsy Love Coaching, we understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to ensure that all clients receive the best possible service and to respect the time and effort involved in preparing for your sessions, we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:
1. Cancellations
If you need to cancel your scheduled coaching session, you must notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. This allows us enough time to offer the slot to another client.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled session will result in the forfeiture of that session, and no refund will be issued.
- In case of emergencies, please contact us directly, and we will consider offering a one-time exception at our discretion.
2. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your session, please notify us 48 hours in advance. You may reschedule your session for a different date and time without any penalties, provided the 48-hour notice is given.
- Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your session will be treated as a cancellation, and your session may be forfeited.
- We understand that circumstances can arise unexpectedly, so in emergency situations, we may offer a one-time exception.
3. No-Shows
If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show. Unfortunately, no-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling, and the session fee will be forfeited.
4. Exceptions
We value the trust and flexibility of our clients, and while we strive to maintain consistency in our policy, we understand that unexpected situations may arise. In rare and exceptional cases, we may offer flexibility on cancellations or reschedules at our sole discretion. Please contact us directly if you need to discuss your situation.
