"Gutsy Love is the ability to love your challenging family members no matter what. It means authentically and consistently loving your family unconditionally, even when there are disagreements, a clash of values, or when they are hurting or frustrating you. It takes a lot of GUTS to continue, loving your family in these tough situations. This is what Gutsy Love is all about. I can show you how to develop the skills needed to do this."

No, coaching is not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment. Gutsy Love Coaching focuses on personal development, emotional resilience, and relationship-building. If you require therapy or have deeper mental health concerns, we encourage you to seek the support of a licensed professional.
Traditional therapy focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, often delving into past trauma, emotional issues, and psychological healing. Therapists are licensed professionals who help individuals process unresolved issues, explore emotional patterns, and provide treatment for conditions like anxiety, depression, or PTSD.
Coaching, on the other hand, is future-focused and goal-oriented. At Gutsy Love Coaching, we guide you through personal development, emotional resilience, and building healthier relationships. While we explore patterns in your thoughts and behaviors, coaching is not about diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. Instead, we help you identify where you want to go, set actionable steps, and support you in achieving your personal and relational goals.
If you're struggling with significant mental health challenges, therapy might be the right choice. However, if you're seeking personal growth, emotional clarity, and strategies to improve your relationships, coaching is a great fit. Many individuals find value in doing both coaching and therapy simultaneously, depending on their needs.
